Conditions
This route has no sponsor and no state or territory nomination — it runs entirely through the Department's own SkillSelect system. Where your occupation requires a skills assessment, that assessment is issued separately by the occupation's assessing authority, not by the Department.
Your nominated occupation must be on the relevant skilled occupation list for this visa, and you need a suitable skills assessment for it from the occupation's own assessing authority.
