1. What QualiPath is
QualiPath is an informational navigation tool. It gathers publicly available requirements published by competent authorities and arranges them into an ordered path for a given profession, country of qualification and destination.
QualiPath is not a law firm, an immigration adviser, a migration agent, a recruitment agency, a credential evaluator or a competent authority. It cannot make, influence or predict any decision about you.
2. No advice, no promises
- Nothing on this site is legal, immigration, financial or career advice.
- We do not promise that any application will be approved, or approved within any period.
- We do not calculate eligibility scores for points-based routes. We explain the factors and link to the official calculator.
- Requirements change. Always confirm with the authority before you act, using the official link we provide.
3. Accuracy and the review date
Every regulatory statement on this site carries a source and the date we last checked it. That date is the honest limit of our claim: it means the cited page said this on that day. It does not mean the rule is unchanged today. Where we have not verified something, we say so rather than filling the gap.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror or bulk-extract the content for a competing dataset.
- Present QualiPath output as an official document, a decision or a legal opinion.
- Attempt to disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
- Use the service to mislead anyone about their right to practise or to work.
5. Intellectual property
The QualiPath name, logo, interface, editorial structure and compiled content belong to Teddy Code LLC. The underlying laws, forms and official pages belong to the authorities that publish them, and we claim nothing over those. You may quote and link to our pages with attribution.
6. Third-party links
Outbound links go to authorities, ministries, registers and official forms. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content or availability, and their terms apply once you arrive.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is” and free of charge. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including costs, fees, missed deadlines or refused applications. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue any part of the service, and may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence.
