1. Who is responsible
QualiPath is a product of Teddy Code LLC. If you have any question about this policy or about your data, write to hello@qualipath.co and we will answer within 30 days.
2. What we collect
We separate this into what you give us and what a web server unavoidably sees.
Information you give us
- Planner selections. Your profession, country of qualification and destination. These are handled entirely inside your browser and written into the page URL so a result can be bookmarked or shared. They are not transmitted to us as a record.
- Messages you send. If you email us, we hold that email and our reply for as long as the conversation is useful, and no longer than 24 months afterwards.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records the request: IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent. This is used for security and to keep the site running, and it is retained on a short rolling window by the provider.
- Aggregate audience measurement. We run Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are read and how quickly they load. It stores nothing on your device — no cookie, no local storage, no identifier — and produces counts, not profiles. We never receive anything that identifies you, and there is no way for us to single out your visit. The cookie policydescribes it in full, with Cloudflare’s own claims linked so you can read them directly.
We do not run advertising pixels, cross-site trackers, session recording, heatmaps or fingerprinting. We do not ask for your documents, your passport, your diplomas or your immigration status, and you should not send them to us.
3. Legal basis
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f)) for keeping the service available and secure and for measuring, in aggregate, which pages are worth maintaining; and on consent for anything you send us voluntarily, such as an email. The measurement is cookieless and stores nothing on your device, so it does not engage the separate consent requirement of the ePrivacy Directive. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making about you.
4. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. The only third parties involved are the ones it takes to serve and maintain a website: our hosting provider, which processes requests on our instructions; Cloudflare, which provides the aggregate measurement described above; and the official authorities you choose to visit through our outbound links. Once you follow a link to an authority, you are on their site and their privacy policy applies, not ours.
5. International transfers
The site is served from a global content network, so a request may be handled in a region near you, including outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses our provider maintains.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR and comparable laws you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing. In practice, for anyone who has only used the planner, we hold nothing to give, correct or delete. If you have emailed us, ask and we will delete that thread.
You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
7. Children
QualiPath is aimed at qualified professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
8. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top and, for any material change, say what changed. The date shown is the date of the current text, never an approximation.
