A hand-written page per country and profession would be 18 destinations multiplied by every profession multiplied by every origin, each drifting away from the others the day after publication. Layers do not drift: they are corrected once.
The destination's regime
Each country has its own architecture for recognising foreign qualifications: who decides, under which law, with which appeal. That is written once and reused by every profession that arrives there.
The competent authority
Profession by profession, destination by destination. A nurse and a teacher in the same country answer to different bodies, and getting this wrong costs months.
The migration route
The permits your situation actually opens, with the salary floor, its year, its conditions and the authority that issues it. Points-based routes are explained factor by factor, never scored.
Academic comparability
Not the same thing as professional recognition. Several permits demand a statement that your degree compares to a local one, and a software developer often needs exactly this and nothing else.
